Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt Ensure the yogurt is thick and creamy for best results.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Stir until a dough forms.

  • Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each one.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the bagels are golden brown.
  • Let them cool slightly before serving.
