3 Ingredient Air Fryer Bagels

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour Contains leavening agents
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Can substitute with thick yogurt
  • 1 egg egg (for egg wash) Beaten for glazing

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Stir well until a dough forms.
  • Lightly flour your work surface and turn the dough out onto it. Knead the dough for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  • Divide the dough into four equal parts. Roll each part into a ball and then create a hole in the center with your finger, shaping it into a bagel.
  • Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush it over each bagel to give them a nice glaze.

Cooking

  • Place the bagels in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch each other. You may need to do this in batches.
  • Air fry the bagels for about 10-12 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
  • Remove them from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

Serve plain, with cream cheese, or your choice of toppings. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days or freeze for up to three months.
