Ingredients

shredded mozzarella cheese
(or your favorite cheese blend)
Instructions
Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
Add the egg and shredded cheese, mashing the avocado until mostly smooth.
Preheat the oven or air fryer to 400ºF and line the baking sheet or air fryer basket with parchment paper.
Divide the mixture into 2 to 4 portions, roll into balls, and flatten into patties about ½-inch thick.
Optional: Sprinkle with seasoning like everything bagel seasoning or sea salt.
Bake for 20 minutes or air fry for the same time, checking around 15 minutes to avoid overcooking.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
