Ingredients
  

  • 1 piece ripe avocado
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or your favorite cheese blend)

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  • Add the egg and shredded cheese, mashing the avocado until mostly smooth.
  • Preheat the oven or air fryer to 400ºF and line the baking sheet or air fryer basket with parchment paper.
  • Divide the mixture into 2 to 4 portions, roll into balls, and flatten into patties about ½-inch thick.
  • Optional: Sprinkle with seasoning like everything bagel seasoning or sea salt.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or air fry for the same time, checking around 15 minutes to avoid overcooking.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
