Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Mix until a smooth and creamy dough forms.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  • Flatten each mound of dough slightly with a fork, creating a crisscross pattern.

Baking

  • Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
