A delicious and nutritious smoothie combining acai berries, bananas, peanut butter, and assorted berries for a healthy boost!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 to 1 cup almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Let the frozen acai pack sit out for about five minutes to soften.
  • Gather your ingredients: berries, sliced frozen banana, peanut butter, and chia seeds.
  • Add the softened acai pack, berries, banana, peanut butter, chia seeds, and 3/4 cup almond milk to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk and blend again.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately, optionally topped with granola, berries, or chia seeds.
