  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional for extra sweetness)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rinse the baby carrots under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. If they're larger, cut them in half lengthwise.
  • In a large bowl, combine the baby carrots with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried thyme if using. Toss until well-coated.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Air fry for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even browning, until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized.

Serving

  • Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with extra olive oil or sprinkle fresh herbs if desired.
