Preparation

  • Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water and scrub to remove dirt.
  • Cut the potatoes into even-sized cubes, about 1 to 1.5 inches thick.

Mixing Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the cubed potatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix everything together to ensure all potato pieces are evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the potato mixture into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even browning.

Finishing Touch

  • Once golden and crispy, remove from the air fryer and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the hot potatoes.
