Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 large over-ripe banana
  • 3 Tbsp almond milk or oat milk (vanilla unsweetened preferred)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter or almond butter (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp blueberries (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp rainbow sprinkles (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 290°F.
  • Lightly grease a single-serve ramekin or baking dish.
  • Combine all base ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Stir in your desired mix-ins like chocolate chips or blueberries.
  • Transfer the blended batter into the greased ramekin and top with additional mix-ins if desired.
  • Place the ramekin in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, checking for browning.
  • Once cooked, carefully remove the ramekin and let it cool slightly before enjoying.
