Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 290°F.
Lightly grease a single-serve ramekin or baking dish.
Combine all base ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Stir in your desired mix-ins like chocolate chips or blueberries.
Transfer the blended batter into the greased ramekin and top with additional mix-ins if desired.
Place the ramekin in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, checking for browning.
Once cooked, carefully remove the ramekin and let it cool slightly before enjoying.
