  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 large ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the mashed banana, milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until fully blended.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased, heatproof dish that fits inside your air fryer basket or into silicone cups.

Cooking

  • Place the dish in the air fryer basket and cook for about 15 minutes.
  • Check for doneness; the baked oats should be firm to the touch but still slightly soft in the middle.
  • If needed, cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until set.
  • Once finished, remove carefully and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
