  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Cooking

  • Place the sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding stacking.
  • Cook for 35-40 minutes, turning them halfway through. They are done when a fork easily pierces the flesh.
  • Carefully remove the sweet potatoes from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
