  • 3 pieces ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and melted butter. Mix well until combined.
  • Stir in the baking soda and salt.
  • Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract to the banana mixture. Mix thoroughly.
  • Gradually fold in the all-purpose flour until no dry flour remains.
  • Transfer the batter into a greased loaf pan that fits your air fryer basket.
  • Place the loaf pan in the preheated air fryer.
  • Cook for about 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Once cooked, let it cool for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
