Instructions
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to create a smooth batter.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring each piece is well-coated, then shake off excess batter.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and spray the basket with cooking spray.
Place the battered florets in the basket in a single layer and air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
While the cauliflower cooks, mix the buffalo sauce with the melted butter in a small bowl.
Once the cauliflower is golden brown, transfer it to a mixing bowl and toss with the buffalo sauce mixture until well coated.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
