Ingredients
  

For the Wings

  • 2 pounds chicken wings Use fresh or thawed wings.
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder Helps achieve crispiness.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

For the Sauce

  • ½ cup hot sauce Adjust spice level to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

For Serving

  • Celery sticks For serving.
  • Carrot sticks For serving.
  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing For dipping.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Dry the chicken wings thoroughly using paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the wings to the bowl and toss until fully coated.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook the wings for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Saucing

  • While the wings cook, combine the hot sauce and melted butter in a separate bowl.
  • Once the wings are done, toss them in the hot sauce mixture until well coated.

Serving

  • Serve the wings warm alongside celery and carrot sticks, and your choice of dressing for dipping.
