  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • crushed red pepper flakes Optional, for added heat

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage and cut it into about eight wedges.
  • In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
  • Gently toss the cabbage wedges in the bowl, ensuring they are well coated with the seasoning mixture.

Cooking

  • Place the cabbage wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Once cooking is complete, remove the wedges from the air fryer and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
