  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For flavor
  • 1 teaspoon paprika For color and taste

Dipping Sauce

  • 1 Dipping sauce of your choice e.g. ranch, tzatziki, or spicy sriracha mayo

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the head of cauliflower into bite-sized florets, ensuring they are roughly the same size.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Once golden and crisp, remove from the air fryer.

Serving

  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
