  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and a dash of salt and pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed.
  • Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.

Cooking

  • Arrange the breaded chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  • Cook for about 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should be 165°F or 74°C).

Serving

  • Allow the chicken nuggets to cool slightly before serving.
  • Serve with dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch, or honey mustard, and sides like a fresh salad or cut vegetables.

Notes
