Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • tsp. minced garlic
  • ¾ tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 12 oz short pasta such as farfalle
  • 1 cup basil pesto
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, chicken pieces, salt, pepper, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Toss to coat.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
  • Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
  • Air fry for 16-22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve hot, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
