Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, chicken pieces, salt, pepper, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Toss to coat.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
Air fry for 16-22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve hot, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
