  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • to taste your choice of sauce (e.g., buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, ranch seasoning)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  • Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, mix the baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss well to ensure each wing is evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the wings for about 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • For extra crispiness, increase the temperature to 400°F (204°C) during the last 5 minutes.

Serving

  • Once cooked, remove the wings from the air fryer and toss them in your favorite sauce.
  • Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
