  • 4 cups bread (day-old works best) You can use sourdough, whole grain, or gluten-free bread.
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil Can be substituted with avocado or sunflower oil.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adjust based on your taste preference.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • optional any additional herbs or seasonings Feel free to customize with other flavors like cayenne, basil, or Parmesan cheese.

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut the bread into even cubes, roughly 1-inch in size.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread cubes with olive oil and toss until evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper over the bread and toss again to coat.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned bread cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Remove from the air fryer once they are golden and crisp, and let them cool completely before using or storing.

Notes
