Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Choose uniform pieces for even cooking
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional) Optional for added flavor

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well to create a marinade.
  • Coat each chicken breast evenly with the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.

Cooking

  • Place the marinated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  • Check for doneness at an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C); cook an additional 2-4 minutes if needed.
  • Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes
