  • 2 fillets haddock fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the haddock fillets dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a seasoned oil.
  • Brush the seasoned oil mixture evenly over both sides of the haddock fillets.

Cooking

  • Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overlap.
  • Cook the haddock for about 10-12 minutes, checking for doneness until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Once done, carefully remove the fillets from the air fryer and let them rest for a minute before serving.

Notes
