Main Ingredients

  • 1 piece fully cooked ham (about 4 to 6 pounds) Use a pre-cooked ham for best results.
  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

Preparation

  • Begin by preheating your air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
  • Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern about 1/4 inch deep.
  • In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, nutmeg, Dijon mustard, and honey to create a thick glaze.
  • Rub the glaze generously over the ham.
  • Place the ham in the air fryer basket, cut side down.

Cooking

  • Cook the ham for 25 minutes per pound; for a 6-pound ham, cook for approximately 2 hours.
  • Check the internal temperature; it should reach at least 140°F (60°C).
  • For a crispier exterior, increase the temperature to 375°F (190°C) for the last 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Once cooked, let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
