Preparation

  • Begin by cooking the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Cook it just until al dente, then drain and allow it to cool for a few minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss thoroughly until the pasta is well-coated.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Arrange the seasoned pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding and working in batches if necessary.
  • Air fry the pasta for approximately 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Watch closely as cooking times may vary.
  • Once done, remove the pasta chips from the air fryer and allow to cool slightly before serving. Optionally, sprinkle with your chosen toppings.
