  • 8 ounces uncooked pasta (your choice, like rotini or penne)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Grated cheese (optional) For added flavor
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional) To enhance appearance and flavor

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Drain the pasta and let it cool slightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary.
  • Cook the pasta chips for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even crisping. The chips should turn golden brown and crispy.
  • Once done, remove the pasta chips and sprinkle grated cheese over them if desired. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
