Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Halve the peaches and remove the pits.
  • In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  • Brush the cut sides of the peaches with melted butter or coconut oil.
  • Sprinkle the sugar mixture evenly over the peaches.
  • Arrange the peaches cut side up in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Cook the peaches for 10 to 12 minutes until tender and caramelized.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
