Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  • Lightly grease heatproof ramekins or silicone cups with olive oil or cooking spray.
  • Crack an egg into each ramekin, ensuring the yolk stays intact.
  • Add a pinch of salt and pepper if desired.

Cooking

  • Carefully place the ramekins in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the eggs for about 7-9 minutes, depending on how runny you like the yolk.
  • Once done, remove the ramekins using tongs or a kitchen cloth, as they will be hot.
  • Let the eggs cool for a minute, then gently run a knife around the edge to release them.
  • Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
