  • Cut the rice paper sheets into quarters or your preferred sizes using kitchen scissors.

  • Lightly brush or spray the rice paper with the oil mixture on both sides or simply use olive oil with a sprinkle of sea salt.

Cooking

  • Place the coated rice paper pieces in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overlapping or crowded.
  • Set the air fryer temperature to 350°F (175°C). Cook for 3-5 minutes, checking frequently to prevent burning.
  • Once the chips are golden and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack.
