Ingredients
  

  • 3 x 4 oz salmon fillets (3 x 115 g)
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
  • Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the salmon for about 15 minutes, checking for doneness (145°F internal temperature).
  • While the salmon is cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Mix in the vegetable stock and lemon juice, allowing to simmer until reduced by half.
  • Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the air fryer and drizzle the garlic-lemon sauce over the top before serving.
