salmon fillets
(3 x 115 g)
to taste
salt

butter
melted

cloves
garlic
minced

tablespoons
vegetable stock

tablespoons
lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the air fryer basket.
Cook the salmon for about 15 minutes, checking for doneness (145°F internal temperature).
While the salmon is cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Mix in the vegetable stock and lemon juice, allowing to simmer until reduced by half.
Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the air fryer and drizzle the garlic-lemon sauce over the top before serving.
