  • 2 tsp olive oil To coat salmon
  • 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning (no salt added) For seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder For seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika For seasoning
  • 1 tsp kosher salt For seasoning

Preparation

  • Cut the salmon fillets into evenly-sized cubes.
  • In a large bowl, drizzle olive oil over the salmon cubes and toss gently to coat.
  • In a small bowl, mix together lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and kosher salt. Rub this spice mixture over the salmon cubes.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place the seasoned salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Cook for about 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • After cooking, check the internal temperature using a meat thermometer; it should be at least 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
