  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Preparation

  • Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them thinly to about ⅛ inch thickness for even cooking.
  • Place the potato slices in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil, tossing to coat evenly.
  • In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle this seasoning blend over the potato slices and toss to coat.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Cook the slices for about 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Once golden brown and crisp, remove the slices and let them cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes
