Cooking

  • Cook the eggs for about 10-12 minutes, depending on your preferred yolk doneness.
  • While the eggs are cooking, prepare an ice bath in a bowl with cold water and ice.
  • Once the cooking time is complete, quickly transfer the eggs to the ice bath to stop the cooking process.

Serving

  • Let the eggs sit in the ice bath for about 5 minutes before peeling.
  • Gently tap each egg on a hard surface to crack the shell, then carefully peel it away.
