Ingredients
  

Steak Ingredients

  • 1 piece Steak (ribeye, sirloin, or filet mignon) Choose your preferred cut.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For brushing onto the steak.
  • to taste Salt Season generously.
  • to taste Black pepper Season generously.
  • about 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Optional for added flavor.
  • to taste Fresh rosemary or thyme Chopped, optional.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season the steak generously on both sides with salt and black pepper. Add garlic powder and fresh herbs if using.
  • Brush the steak lightly with olive oil.
  • Place the seasoned steak in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.

Cooking

  • Cook for about 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Check for doneness using a meat thermometer (135°F/57°C for medium-rare, 145°F/63°C for medium).

Serving

  • Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
  • Serve with your favorite sides like roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a salad.

Notes

For best results, let the steak sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking. Wrap leftovers tightly in foil or an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge.
