  • 1 pound steak (sirloin, ribeye, or your choice) Choose a cut with a good balance of fat for flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Minimized oil for a healthier option.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary Or use your preferred herb.

Optional Ingredients

Preparation

  • Cut your steak into bite-sized pieces, roughly 1-2 inches, for even cooking.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried rosemary. If using a marinade, toss the meat in the marinade.
  • Add the steak pieces to the bowl and mix until fully coated with the seasoning.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Cooking

  • Place the steak tips in the air fryer basket in a single layer to avoid overcrowding. You may need to cook in batches.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Aim for about 8 minutes for medium-rare, cook a few minutes longer for medium.
  • Remove and let the steak tips rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
