  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin strips, aiming for consistent sizing.
  • Place the sweet potato strips in a bowl.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the strips and toss until evenly coated.
  • Add sea salt, paprika, and black pepper; stir to distribute the spices.

Cooking

  • Carefully place the seasoned sweet potato strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Check for a golden color and crispiness; add extra time if needed.

Serving

  • Remove the fries from the air fryer and serve hot.

Notes
