Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 fillets tilapia fillets
  • 2 breasts chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

Marinade

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Garnish

  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lemon zest, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  • Rub the marinade evenly over both the tilapia and chicken, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them sit for about 15 minutes.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, spacing them apart. Cook for eight minutes.
  • After eight minutes, add the tilapia fillets to the basket with the chicken and cook for another six to eight minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the tilapia flakes easily.
  • Once cooked, remove both the chicken and tilapia from the air fryer and let them rest for a couple of minutes.

Serving

  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
  • Serve on a bed of fluffy rice, with a crisp side salad, or alongside roasted vegetables for a complete meal.

Notes

For the best results, preheat the air fryer and consider adding herbs like thyme or dill to the marinade. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is cooked correctly and let the proteins rest after cooking to redistribute the juices.
