Chips Ingredients

  • 6 pieces Corn tortillas Use corn tortillas for crispy results.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil or cooking spray Lightly coat the tortilla wedges.
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt Adjust according to taste.
  • to taste Optional spices (paprika, chili powder, garlic powder) Customize flavors based on preference.

Preparation

  • Start by cutting the corn tortillas into wedges, either quarters or sixths.
  • In a large bowl, toss the tortilla wedges with olive oil or cooking spray until evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle sea salt and any optional spices over the tortilla wedges.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes.

Cooking

  • Place a single layer of tortilla wedges in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crisping.
  • Watch closely towards the end to prevent burning.
  • Once golden brown and crispy, remove the chips and let cool on a wire rack.
  • Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges.
