Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup Old-Fashioned Oats
  • 1/3 cup Milk Dairy or plant-based alternative.
  • 1/3 cup Greek Yogurt Plain or flavored.
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Honey Or alternative sweetener.
  • 1-2 Tbsp Almond Butter Adjust to taste.
  • Fresh Fruit For Topping Such as banana, berries, or apple slices.

Instructions
 

  • In a mason jar or airtight container, add the old-fashioned oats.
  • Pour in the milk of your choice.
  • Add the Greek yogurt and chia seeds.
  • Stir in the honey and mix well to combine all ingredients.
  • Swirl in the almond butter, adjusting the amount based on your taste preference.
  • Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 6 hours).
  • In the morning, stir the oats and top with fresh fruit or additional toppings as desired before serving.
