Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a baking dish by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
In another bowl, beat the egg, then add almond extract, honey, milk, melted butter, and Greek yogurt. Mix until smooth.
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a smooth batter forms.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle flaked almonds on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool slightly before dusting with icing sugar and slicing into squares.
