  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, semi-sweet chocolate chips, chopped almonds, and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until well integrated.
  • Using a spoon or cookie scoop, form small balls (about the size of a tablespoon) from the mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes or until they turn slightly golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 3-4 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
