Tuna in Water
drained

tablespoons
Mayonnaise

Celery
finely chopped

Red Onion
finely chopped

Dijon Mustard

your choice (sourdough or whole wheat)
1-2

Cheddar or Provolone Cheese

Instructions
Preheat your broiler.
In a small bowl, mix together the drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped celery, red onion, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
Season the tuna mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
Place the slice of bread on a baking sheet and spread the tuna mixture generously over it.
Lay the cheese slices on top of the tuna mixture.
Broil for 2-4 minutes, watching closely until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
