Instructions
Prepare the apple by peeling, coring, and chopping it into 1-inch chunks.
In a blender, combine the chopped apple, frozen banana, dairy-free milk, honey (if using), and cinnamon.
Blend on high speed until well combined, scraping down the sides if necessary.
Add the ice cubes and continue blending until the texture is ultra-creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if desired, then pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Garnish with additional apple slices, a dash of cinnamon, or a drizzle of peanut butter if desired.
