Ingredients
  

  • 1 large red apple peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 piece frozen banana sliced
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free milk (coconut or almond milk)
  • 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup, optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4-5 pieces ice cubes
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the apple by peeling, coring, and chopping it into 1-inch chunks.
  • In a blender, combine the chopped apple, frozen banana, dairy-free milk, honey (if using), and cinnamon.
  • Blend on high speed until well combined, scraping down the sides if necessary.
  • Add the ice cubes and continue blending until the texture is ultra-creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if desired, then pour into glasses and serve immediately.
  • Garnish with additional apple slices, a dash of cinnamon, or a drizzle of peanut butter if desired.
