Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and sugar. Stir thoroughly.
Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add milk, oil (or applesauce), and vanilla extract. Gently fold in the diced apples.
Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for approximately 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
For better flavor, cover the cooled bread and let it sit overnight before slicing.
