Ingredients
  

  • 1 large sweet apple
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 Tbsp blackstrap molasses
  • 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 ice cubes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and slice the sweet apple.
  • In a blender, combine the sliced apple and rolled oats.
  • Pour in the oat milk.
  • Add the blackstrap molasses, Ceylon cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
  • Include the walnuts and hemp seeds.
  • Add ice cubes if desired.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, then blend again briefly.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with chopped walnuts and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
