Instructions
Wash and slice the sweet apple.
In a blender, combine the sliced apple and rolled oats.
Pour in the oat milk.
Add the blackstrap molasses, Ceylon cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
Include the walnuts and hemp seeds.
Add ice cubes if desired.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, then blend again briefly.
Pour into glasses and garnish with chopped walnuts and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
