1/2tbsppure maple syrup (plus additional for taste)
1tsppure vanilla extract
1/4tspground cinnamon (plus additional for serving)
Pinchground nutmeg
Pinchground allspice

Instructions
Wash and dry the apple, then slice it down the sides to remove the core. Cut the remaining sections into 1-inch chunks.
Add the apple chunks to the blender along with the almond milk, rolled oats, frozen banana, nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.
Blend on high until completely smooth. Adjust the consistency with more almond milk if desired.
If you'd like a thicker texture, add a handful of ice and blend again.
Taste and adjust sweetness with additional maple syrup if needed.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and sprinkle with additional ground cinnamon for garnish if desired.
