Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1/2 medium ripe avocado sliced
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and a high-powered blender.
  • Add the frozen banana and sliced avocado to the blender.
  • Pour in 3/4 to 1 cup of your choice of milk.
  • Add the hemp seeds and vanilla extract.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
