In a large sealable bag or bowl, add the chicken breasts and oil. Massage the oil into the chicken until fully coated.
Add paprika, garlic powder, and salt to the bag. Massage again until the spices are evenly distributed.
Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, ensuring the pieces are not overlapping. Bake for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, remove the chicken and brush each piece generously with BBQ sauce. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Let the chicken rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving to allow juices to redistribute.
