  • 4 fillets salmon fillets (about 6 oz each) Fresh salmon is preferred.
  • 4 oz Boursin cheese Herbed creamy cheese can be used.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Provides moisture and flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Enhances flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill Adds aromatic herb flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season to your preference.
  • 1 plate Lemon wedges for serving Brightens flavors.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the lined baking sheet with space between each piece.
  • In a small bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  • Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Serving

  • Serve warm with lemon wedges on the side and garnish with fresh dill or parsley if desired.
