  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season the chicken breasts with black pepper and Italian seasoning on both sides.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken breasts and sear them for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Sauce Preparation and Baking

  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream and Caesar dressing.
  • Mix well and allow it to simmer for a couple of minutes.
  • Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and combined into a creamy sauce.
  • Place the seared chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the creamy sauce over them.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve.

Notes

For best results, marinate chicken in Caesar dressing for 1-2 hours before cooking. Pair with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
