Ingredients
  

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.75-2 lb)
  • 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1.5 tsp. fine sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch, covered with plastic wrap.
  • In a small bowl, mix Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add olive oil to the seasoning blend and mix to form a paste.
  • Rub the seasoning paste generously over both sides of each chicken breast.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish, spaced out for even cooking.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
