Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch, covered with plastic wrap.
In a small bowl, mix Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Add olive oil to the seasoning blend and mix to form a paste.
Rub the seasoning paste generously over both sides of each chicken breast.
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish, spaced out for even cooking.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
