Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 ½ teaspoons fine sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, avocado oil, or melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and position the rack in the center.
  • Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of ½ inch using plastic wrap.
  • Place the chicken breasts on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
  • Pat each piece dry with paper towels, then brush with oil or melted butter.
  • In a small bowl, mix salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Sprinkle evenly over the chicken.
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
