Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and position the rack in the center.
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of ½ inch using plastic wrap.
Place the chicken breasts on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
Pat each piece dry with paper towels, then brush with oil or melted butter.
In a small bowl, mix salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Sprinkle evenly over the chicken.
Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
